Aldo Nalo made in the 17th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Al Tobillo FC's Bernabe Martxot. In the 20th match minute, Al Tobillo FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rodolfo Baleren to maneuver through the defense. After 21 played minutes Al Tobillo FC got a freekick which was hit by Leon Bizen. Silverio Mikolas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. The coaching staff of Al Tobillo FC protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Gonzalo Vimaro had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. Al Tobillo FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Sepultura the free kick. Vladimiro Videl hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 97th minute, Rodolfo Baleren managed to get in a good position for a shot. Al Tobillo FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Rodolfo Baleren was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lino Cordarrol breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Urbano Tuste might have been able to make a better finish in the 100th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Gustav Kråk. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Urbano Tuste ran back to his position shaking his head. The Sepultura players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
