When Amancio Loreto came up free with the goalie in the 23rd minute, the Embarcación fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Amancio Loreto couldn't finish the play. Lino Estebe fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Trần Hieu Ngan having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rene Cayo in the 34th minute of play forced Embarcación's goalkeeper Aldo Lauren to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Jubileo's 任奕皓 got a free kick in the 37th minute. A collision led to Jubileo getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Baldomero Gonzalez hit a great ball. Trần Hieu Ngan stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Lino Estebe's shot from short distance in the 40th minute. The corner ended in Agustin Iliana almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Jubileo's Trần Hieu Ngan did a great save. Agustin Iliana hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. Rene Cayo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aldo Lauren having to interfere. After the first half Embarcación were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Rene Cayo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Laureano Rivero sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 69th minute, Laureano Rivero managed to get in a good position for a shot. Embarcación's supporters rose to their feet, but Laureano Rivero was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Trần Hieu Ngan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Jubileo's defense didn't have a chance, in the 79th minute, when Amancio Loreto scored to the left of an out of position Trần Hieu Ngan, making the score, 0-3. The supporters of Embarcación booed when Jubileo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lorenzo Artizar didn't get a good kick on the ball. The long shot by Agustin Iliana in the 85th minute really tested Trần Hieu Ngan's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Trần Hieu Ngan was a little too slow when Lino Estebe got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 89th minute. The score was now 0-4. After a defensive mix-up in Jubileo's zone, Lino Estebe stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Trần Hieu Ngan came out of the goal and Lino Estebe tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Trần Hieu Ngan made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lino Estebe in the 98th minute. The Jubileo fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Embarcación were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
