Severo Oliviero took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rene Cayo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cirilo Checa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Severo Oliviero having to interfere. La Criba de Eratostenes's Maximino Jokin shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 10th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Trần Hieu Ngan but with some difficulty. Felipe Tono sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 16 minutes into the match, Jubileo's goal looked a bit too open when Esteve Serafo came free, but Trần Hieu Ngan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Severo Oliviero showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cirilo Checa in the 20th minute of the match. The supporters of La Criba de Eratostenes booed when Jubileo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pablo Vidal didn't get a good kick on the ball. Esteve Serafo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Trần Hieu Ngan having to interfere. Felipe Tono sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Trần Hieu Ngan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Esteve Serafo, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. 38 minutes into the game, Felipe Tono recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Trần Hieu Ngan. Felipe Tono showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Esteve Serafo to make the kick off. In the 54th minute the ball was on its way in behind Jubileo's goalkeeper Trần Hieu Ngan, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Rene Cayo might have been able to make a better finish in the 57th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Severo Oliviero. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Rene Cayo ran back to his position shaking his head. Felipe Tono received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Trần Hieu Ngan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 任奕皓 hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. 68 minutes into the match, La Criba de Eratostenes's goalkeeper Severo Oliviero had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cirilo Checa. 71 minutes into the match, Jubileo's goal looked a bit too open when Esteve Serafo came free, but Trần Hieu Ngan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Trần Hieu Ngan stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Felipe Tono's shot from short distance in the 80th minute. After having played for 83 minutes, Rene Cayo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Jubileo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rene Cayo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Esteve Serafo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Trần Hieu Ngan read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 87th minute of play. Jubileo's Cirilo Checa got a good chance for a goal in the 90th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. For all the effort they put into the match, the Jubileo players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for La Criba de Eratostenes.
