Seating: 1661, VIP seats: 143) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Omar Fernandez started the match with the kick off. Hernan Stanislao fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Armando Gorri having to interfere. 6 minutes into the game, Edgard Lehior recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Henry Quesada. Edgard Lehior showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. When La Banda del Millo's Dimosthenis Karaplis in the 11th minute got a chance for a shot 11th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Suyuque's goalie prevented a goal. La Banda del Millo were awarded a corner in the 12th minute after Suyuque's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Geronimo Cai took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Geronimo Cai got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Armando Gorri quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 15 minutes into the match, Dimosthenis Karaplis notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Suyuque's Armando Gorri. Armando Gorri was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Edgard Lehior could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 18th minute of the match, but Henry Quesada made a huge save. Henry Quesada was out of position in the 22 minute of play, and Edgard Lehior capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Edgard Lehior really showed his touch with that goal: 2-1. When the match had gone on for 26 minutes, Dimosthenis Karaplis put it in 2-2 from a short distance just to the right of Armando Gorri. In the 29th minute, Suyuque's Omar Fernandez dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-2. The supporters of La Banda del Millo booed when Suyuque was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Silvano Damario didn't get a good kick on the ball. 33 minutes into the match, La Banda del Millo's Dimosthenis Karaplis sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Armando Gorri narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Dimosthenis Karaplis in the 34th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Armando Gorri prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When the match had gone on for 34 minutes, Dimosthenis Karaplis put it in 3-3 from a short distance just to the right of Armando Gorri. With a little luck, La Banda del Millo's Henry Quesada got control of the ball when Omar Fernandez tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 38th match minute, La Banda del Millo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Igor Natal to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Dimosthenis Karaplis in the 41st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Armando Gorri saved Suyuque from getting behind. Herminio Gorri made in the 44th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Behram Sabi. Henry Quesada took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edgard Lehior, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 3-3 after a close first half.
The wind increased when Dimosthenis Karaplis made the kick off in the second half. Henry Quesada showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edgard Lehior, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. Henry Quesada made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Omar Fernandez in the 54th minute of play. Omar Fernandez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Silvano Damario charged in rather forcefully in the 59th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Silvano Damario the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 59th minute, Silvano Damario hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Henry Quesada took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Omar Fernandez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Suyuque's Omar Fernandez got a free kick in the 65th minute. Dimosthenis Karaplis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Through an outstanding action, after 71 minutes, Armando Gorri successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. 73 minutes into the game, Suyuque's Omar Fernandez nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Henry Quesada made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-3. In the 75th match minute, Suyuque was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Omar Fernandez to maneuver through the defense. In the 78th match minute, La Banda del Millo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eriberto Lluis to maneuver through the defense. In the 80th minute, Adolfo Odol hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Geronimo Cai came up free with the goalie in the 81st minute, the La Banda del Millo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Geronimo Cai couldn't finish the play. Omar Fernandez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Henry Quesada tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Henry Quesada came out of the goal in the 93rd minute to try and stop a shot by Suyuque's Edgard Lehior. But to his dismay, Edgard Lehior quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-3. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Suyuque had played much better football throughout.
