Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Blas Abechuco made the kick off and thus started the match. Gogo Perico breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 6 minutes into the match, Quilinquil's goal looked a bit too open when Ezequiel Txaran came free, but Gogo Perico reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Astor Gaxan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 15th minute, Ezequiel Txaran hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Eleuterio Bautista kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. In the 18th minute, Dario Oskarbi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Blas Abechuco struck a weak shot in the 19th minute. Celestino Elodio didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Quilinquil. 20 minutes into the game, Ezequiel Txaran was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Chumbicha FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Quilinquil the free kick. After a rather tough play, Chumbicha FC's Ezequiel Txaran got a free kick in the 20th minute. Gogo Perico made a fantastic save in the 23rd minute, when Isidro Vigil sent off a good shot on target. In the 25th match minute, Chumbicha FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dario Oskarbi to maneuver through the defense. In the 29th match minute, Chumbicha FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eleuterio Bautista to maneuver through the defense. Gogo Perico took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eleuterio Bautista, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Blas Abechuco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, Quilinquil's Gogo Perico got control of the ball when Isidro Vigil tried to sneak it across the goal line. Gogo Perico showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Isidro Vigil in the 45th minute of the match. Manuel Veremundo's late challenge caught a Chumbicha FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Manuel Veremundo helped the player get up and apologised. After 46 played minutes Quilinquil got a freekick which was hit by Manuel Veremundo.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Eleuterio Bautista to make the kick off. In the 55th minute Eleuterio Bautista shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gogo Perico saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match clock showed 56 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Isidro Vigil sped through Quilinquil's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Gogo Perico. Eleuterio Bautista received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Gogo Perico tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Quilinquil's Zacarias Loiola got a free kick in the 65th minute. When Eleuterio Bautista came up free with the goalie in the 66th minute, the Chumbicha FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eleuterio Bautista couldn't finish the play. After 70 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Chumbicha FC! Sixto Playo placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! In the 75th minute Eleuterio Bautista shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gogo Perico saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gogo Perico showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Isidro Vigil in the 79th minute of the match. The supporters of Quilinquil booed when Chumbicha FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Inocencio Tebaldo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Eleuterio Bautista fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gogo Perico having to interfere. In the 91st minute of the match Simon Valentine sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Gogo Perico skillfully saved the ball. If Blas Abechuco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Celestino Elodio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Astor Gaxan in the 94th minute of play. Chumbicha FC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
