Serafin Qwinton hit a great ball. When the match had gone on for 11 minutes, Juan Leoiar put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Hector Lopez. If Juan Leoiar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Barrilete Cosmico F.C.'s Hector Lopez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Juan Leoiar in the 16th minute of play. In the 17th minute Rucanelo were awarded a corner. Domingo Txatxu went to the cornerflag to take it. Hector Lopez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Amado Ellande in the 21st minute of the match. In the 31st minute Juan Leoiar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hector Lopez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.
