Valentin Dalkvist came out of the goal and Lucio Cordareo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zbyszko Maziarz in the 8th minute of play forced Curtiembre AFC's goalkeeper Ciro Calisto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hipolito Lehen could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 11th minute of the match, but Ciro Calisto made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zbyszko Maziarz in the 13th minute of play forced Curtiembre AFC's goalkeeper Ciro Calisto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Curtiembre AFC's Ciro Calisto got control of the ball when Freddy Sarracino tried to sneak it across the goal line. The supporters of Curtiembre AFC booed when Saucecito was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Freddy Sarracino didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Freddy Sarracino got free with Ciro Calisto in the 26th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Freddy Sarracino was the one to do the kick off. After a rather tough play, Saucecito's Gogo Jakes got a free kick in the 51st minute. In the 54th minute Freddy Sarracino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ciro Calisto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Zbyszko Maziarz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Romulo Gipuzkoa hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. In the 60th minute, Romulo Gipuzkoa left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. With 72 minutes on the clock, Iraitz Abril commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. Curtiembre AFC's Yuli Bonin quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Paulino Prejun, made in the 79th minute of the game. Ciro Calisto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zbyszko Maziarz in the 82nd minute of play. A collision led to Curtiembre AFC getting a freekick after 91 minutes play.
