In the 11th match minute, Ateneo Mosconi was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marcelino Ederono to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Ateneo Mosconi booed when San Martin de Florida was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Santos Betadur didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Leopoldo Policarpio came up free with the goalie in the 15th minute, the Ateneo Mosconi fans jumped to their feet. Aquiles Sugar made an important save on a dangerous shot by Manuel Beltxe in the 23rd minute. The supporters of San Martin de Florida booed when Ateneo Mosconi was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rene Itzaina didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpected shot in the 42nd minute by Manuel Beltxe got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Leopoldo Policarpio kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. Aquiles Sugar made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alfredo Martinez in the 46th minute. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Manuel Beltxe to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 55th minute, Alfredo Martinez got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Aquiles Sugar came out of the goal in the 63rd minute to try and stop a shot by San Martin de Florida's Manuel Beltxe. But to his dismay, Manuel Beltxe quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. In the 69thth minute of the game Isaac Abeitia who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ateneo Mosconi's Aquiles Sugar was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Manuel Beltxe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Alfredo Martinez in the 88th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Aquiles Sugar saved Ateneo Mosconi from getting behind. In the 90thth minute of the game Manuel Beltxe who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ateneo Mosconi's Aquiles Sugar was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 92 minutes into the game, Leopoldo Policarpio was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ateneo Mosconi's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave San Martin de Florida the free kick. Leopoldo Policarpio hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. Aquiles Sugar came out of the goal and Alfredo Martinez tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.
