Spectators: 7111 (Terracing: 5335, Seating: 1635, VIP seats: 141) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Vinicio Charro started the match with the kick off. The supporters of Miranda booed when CA BALLANTINES was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Elpidio Quinito didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cornelio Perfecto got free with Florentino Sol in the 6th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Florentino Sol showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vinicio Charro in the 7th minute of the match. A collision led to Miranda getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Leo Donzel hit a great ball. Miranda's Santos Columbo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Elpidio Quinito in the 20th minute of play. Cornelio Perfecto who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 23rdth minute tested the skills of Florentino Sol when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 25th minute Elpidio Quinito shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Santos Columbo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cornelio Perfecto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Florentino Sol having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in CA BALLANTINES's zone, Vinicio Charro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Florentino Sol came out of the goal and Vinicio Charro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Pablo Frasquito during the 32nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Miranda's Pablo Frasquito got a free kick in the 32nd minute. 38 minutes into the match, CA BALLANTINES's goalkeeper Florentino Sol had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cornelio Perfecto. 43 minutes into the match, CA BALLANTINES's goal looked a bit too open when Vinicio Charro came free, but Florentino Sol reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Pablo Frasquito was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 44 minutes had been played. Pablo Frasquito hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Elpidio Quinito was the one to do the kick off. In the 57th minute the ball was on its way in behind CA BALLANTINES's goalkeeper Florentino Sol, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Bruno Blasco came free with the goalkeeper in the 61st minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Santos Columbo could save by the left post. In the 63rd minute, Cornelio Perfecto ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Florentino Sol was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Elpidio Quinito's late challenge caught a Miranda's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Elpidio Quinito helped the player get up and apologised. Elpidio Quinito hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. A collision led to Miranda getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Joaquin Santxol hit a great ball. Bruno Blasco's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Santos Columbo firmly grabbed it by the left post. If Vinicio Charro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 74 minutes into the match, CA BALLANTINES's goal looked a bit too open when Vinicio Charro came free, but Florentino Sol reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Elpidio Quinito could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 76th minute of the match, but Santos Columbo made a huge save. Florentino Sol showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vinicio Charro in the 83rd minute of the match. 85 minutes into the match, CA BALLANTINES's goal looked a bit too open when Vinicio Charro came free, but Florentino Sol reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 88th minute, Cornelio Perfecto got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After having played for 94 minutes, Vinicio Charro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Miranda's supporters crossed their fingers, but Vinicio Charro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 96 minutes into the match, Miranda's goal looked a bit too open when Roberto Cordara came free, but Santos Columbo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the referee ended the match the Miranda players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
