The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Eustaquio Lawrence was the one to do the kick off. The A.S.CONFLUENCIA XI fans' excitement grew in the 55th match minute when A.S.CONFLUENCIA XI's Serafin Vito looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After 65 played minutes Churcal FC got a freekick which was hit by Victorino Sidro. After having played for 68 minutes, Jairo Salomone managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. A.S.CONFLUENCIA XI's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jairo Salomone was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Serafin Vito had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A.S.CONFLUENCIA XI's Maximiliano Esiquio got a good chance for a goal in the 71st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Serafin Vito had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Serafin Vito fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cosme Beliran having to interfere. With 79 minutes on the clock, Amador Aurre commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In the 78th minute, one of A.S.CONFLUENCIA XI:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for A.S.CONFLUENCIA XI. Cosme Beliran stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Serafin Vito's shot from short distance in the 91st minute. Jairo Salomone received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Cosme Beliran tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 99th minute, Serafin Vito made a precise shot to the right of Cosme Beliran. Churcal FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-1. A.S.CONFLUENCIA XI walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
