Primitivo Lop scored 0-1 in the 13th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Julio Edorta, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Fernando Phelipe recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 16th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 16th minute, Primitivo Lop ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Julio Edorta was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. With his leg Antonio Dolfo managed to avoid a goal in the 20thth minute, when Amamá's Hugo Guifre fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. If Hugo Guifre had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Primitivo Lop sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Julio Edorta stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Primitivo Lop's shot from short distance in the 28th minute. The Chivilcoy AFC fans' excitement grew in the 40th match minute when Chivilcoy AFC's Fernando Phelipe looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Esteban Madeo during the 47th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Esteban Madeo hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. Disappointed in the 1-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Primitivo Lop was the one to do the kick off. Julio Edorta showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Primitivo Lop, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. Julio Edorta made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Primitivo Lop in the 62nd minute of play. 64 minutes into the match, Chivilcoy AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Gonzalo Calixto came free, but Antonio Dolfo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 78th minute, Fernando Phelipe made a precise shot to the right of Julio Edorta. Amamá's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-5. The Amamá fans' excitement grew in the 81st match minute when Amamá's Gonzalo Calixto looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-5 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Hugo Guifre received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Antonio Dolfo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 88th minute, Fernando Phelipe managed to get in a good position for a shot. Chivilcoy AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Fernando Phelipe was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Julio Edorta breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Amamá's Julio Edorta played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Primitivo Lop in the 90th minute of play. In the 93rd minute, Fernando Phelipe got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 94th match minute, Amamá was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Diego Nayely to maneuver through the defense. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Chivilcoy AFC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
