In the 4th minute Victor Montrel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fernando Hechter saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Abelardo Mendiko during the 5th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 5 played minutes Real Akd F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Abelardo Mendiko. In the 7th minute of the match Choya FC got a corner. Real Akd F.C.'s goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Arnoldo Teyo ran over to the corner to take the kick. The supporters of Choya FC booed when Real Akd F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Victor Montrel didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Choya FC's Fidel Rufo in the 13th minute got a chance for a shot 13th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Miguel Luzea kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. When Fidel Rufo came up free with the goalie in the 29th minute, the Choya FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fidel Rufo couldn't finish the play. In the 30th minute, Fidel Rufo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Choya FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arsenio Oso in the 34th minute of play forced Real Akd F.C.'s goalkeeper Urbano Celino to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Real Akd F.C.'s Urbano Celino played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arsenio Oso in the 37th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Choya FC's Segundo Efren got a free kick in the 41st minute. When Victor Montrel came up free with the goalie in the 42nd minute, the Real Akd F.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Victor Montrel couldn't finish the play. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Fidel Rufo was the one to do the kick off. The crowd rose to their feet as Choya FC's Fidel Rufo slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Urbano Celino. That made the score 1-2 after 61 minutes of play. Through an outstanding action, after 65 minutes, Urbano Celino successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. When Choya FC's Fidel Rufo in the 67th minute got a chance for a shot 67th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Fidel Rufo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 77th minute, Victor Montrel got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Real Akd F.C.'s Urbano Celino proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 79th minute of the match, managed to save Real Akd F.C. from getting a goal against them. If Fidel Rufo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
