Elias Lizardi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Camilo Fe, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. Elias Lizardi made an important save on a dangerous shot by Julian Bikendi in the 47th minute.

The wind increased when Camilo Fe made the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Los Damned FC booed when Barcelona FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marco Lartaun didn't get a good kick on the ball. Narcis Voicu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pedro Quirze having to interfere. A collision led to Los Damned FC getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Narcis Voicu hit a great ball. Los Damned FC's Elias Lizardi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Camilo Fe in the 58th minute of play. 60 minutes into the match, Barcelona FC's goalkeeper Pedro Quirze had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Narcis Voicu. Elias Lizardi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Camilo Fe in the 62nd minute of play. In the 70th minute of the match Marco Lartaun shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Elias Lizardi showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Narcis Voicu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pedro Quirze having to interfere. Los Damned FC's Placido Mantzio got a good chance for a goal in the 94th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the referee blew the final whistle jeers and boos were heard from the home team's supporters. They were angered to see Barcelona FC lose a match they had controlled from the kick-off.
