After a rather tough play, Arequito FC's Iker Gitano got a free kick in the 4th minute. In the 7th match minute, Arequito FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aaron Eliu to maneuver through the defense. Aurelio Efraim's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Anacleto Estebe read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 8th minute of play. Ildefonso Ordono could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 9th minute of the match, but Anacleto Estebe made a huge save. The crowd rose to their feet as Calzada AFC's Aurelio Efraim slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Anacleto Estebe. That made the score 1-0 after 10 minutes of play. 21 minutes into the game, Fidel Gaztea cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Rodrigo Cordarrel was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Teofilo Etxeberri kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. After 24 played minutes, Calzada AFC's Florentino Bernad shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Anacleto Estebe came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Calzada AFC reached it. Felix Eutor received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Anacleto Estebe tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 31 minutes, Victorio Fero managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Calzada AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Victorio Fero was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 35th minute, Armando Bastia hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 41st minute, Ildefonso Ordono managed to get in a good position for a shot. Calzada AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Ildefonso Ordono was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Anacleto Estebe breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Victorio Fero to strike the kick off in the second half. Ildefonso Ordono sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aurelio Efraim in the 56th minute of play forced Arequito FC's goalkeeper Anacleto Estebe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 57th minute Ildefonso Ordono shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anacleto Estebe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In a very dangerous position, a player in Calzada AFC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 59th minute. Penalty! Artemio Lucero shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. 62 minutes into the game, Artemio Lucero cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-2. Rodrigo Cordarrel was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 69th minute Ildefonso Ordono shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anacleto Estebe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Ubaldo Goiz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd rose to their feet as Arequito FC's Ubaldo Goiz slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Rodrigo Cordarrel. That made the score 3-3 after 76 minutes of play. In the 79th minute Victorio Fero shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anacleto Estebe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Anacleto Estebe took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ildefonso Ordono, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Aurelio Efraim struck a weak shot in the 84th minute. Anacleto Estebe didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Calzada AFC. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ubaldo Goiz during the 91st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 91st match minute, Arequito FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ubaldo Goiz to maneuver through the defense. Anacleto Estebe showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aurelio Efraim, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. If Aurelio Efraim had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Calzada AFC's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
