Ivan Maria made an important save on a dangerous shot by Rene Dalmau in the 12th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Nicasio Chepe in the 13th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Roque Ixona saved Los Iracundos from getting behind. After 14 minutes, Eusebio Kaiet mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Picapedreros Unidos and the Los Iracundos players grew even worse after the yellow card. Eusebio Kaiet hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. Nicasio Chepe blasted a shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Roque Ixona having to make a save. Braulio Baraquiel hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. Ivan Maria showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Domingo Ulizes in the 23rd minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Los Iracundos's Domingo Ulizes slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Ivan Maria. That made the score 1-0 after 30 minutes of play. After a rather tough play, Picapedreros Unidos's Braulio Baraquiel got a free kick in the 35th minute. Ruben Rius received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Roque Ixona tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Roque Ixona made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nicasio Chepe in the 40th minute of play. In the 42ndth minute of the game Nicasio Chepe who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Los Iracundos's Roque Ixona was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Los Iracundos's zone, Nicasio Chepe stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Roque Ixona came out of the goal and Nicasio Chepe tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The wind increased when Nicasio Chepe made the kick off in the second half. After 54 minutes of play, Picapedreros Unidos's Nicasio Chepe made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Roque Ixona was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Nicasio Chepe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When %teams%'s Nicasio Chepe was free in front of goal, he didn't hesitate to shoot 1-2 just inside the left pole, 61 minutes into the game. Roque Ixona was annoyed at himself for letting in the shot. A hard shot 64 in the game by Nicasio Chepe from a close distance when the talented Roque Ixona managed to make a qualified save. Los Iracundos's players were relieved. The Picapedreros Unidos fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-3. Picapedreros Unidos's Gabriel Ereinotz was substituted for Nicasio Chepe. In the 90th minute, Braulio Baraquiel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 91st minute of the match Ildefonso Medardo sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ivan Maria skillfully saved the ball. Picapedreros Unidos played a much better game than Los Iracundos and deserved their victory. The Los Iracundos players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
