Angelo Matei charged in rather forcefully in the 16th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Angelo Matei the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to BOCA TE MATA getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Angelo Matei hit a great ball. Samuel Shepherd's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Zeledon Vedillo firmly grabbed it by the left post. Eliseo Iratze received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Zeledon Vedillo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 26 minutes into the match, Samuel Shepherd notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Defensores de Nuñez's Zeledon Vedillo. Zeledon Vedillo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Marco Oliveiro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After a rather tough play, Defensores de Nuñez's Jonathan Satordi got a free kick in the 31st minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eliseo Iratze in the 42nd minute of play forced Defensores de Nuñez's goalkeeper Zeledon Vedillo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

BOCA TE MATA's Jonatan Ferran was substituted for Eugenio Burutzagi. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Eustacio Quentin to make the kick off. Zeledon Vedillo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Eliseo Iratze went, in the 63rd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. After 69 played minutes Defensores de Nuñez got a freekick which was hit by Flavio Urki. In the 72nd minute of the match, Eustacio Quentin got a very nice opportunity to score, but Teobaldo Ibar was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marco Oliveiro in the 77th minute of play forced Defensores de Nuñez's goalkeeper Zeledon Vedillo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Eliseo Iratze in the 80th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Zeledon Vedillo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a defensive mix-up in Defensores de Nuñez's zone, Cipriano Flor stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Zeledon Vedillo came out of the goal and Cipriano Flor tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Defensores de Nuñez getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Eustacio Quentin hit a great ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Candido Gaufred during the 96th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 96 played minutes BOCA TE MATA got a freekick which was hit by Candido Gaufred. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. BOCA TE MATA had won after a very even match.
