Benjamin Oriols short, quick shot in the 9thth minute got Aristides Hunfredo to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. The tension between the Garsa and the Lepá FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Albino Txaran's late challenge caught a Garsa's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Albino Txaran helped the player get up and apologised. Garsa made a substitution. Guaberto Tello replaced Benjamin Oriol. Albino Txaran hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. In the 91st minute Aristides Hodei shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aristides Hunfredo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hernan Orlanda hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. 95 minutes into the match, Garsa's Aristides Hodei sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Aristides Hunfredo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Garsa's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
