After 8 played minutes Ovejería got a freekick which was hit by Felipe Viator. Ramón Unzueta could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 15th minute of the match, but Pascual Abastas made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nacho Scocco in the 21st minute of play forced Ovejería's goalkeeper Pascual Abastas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 23rd minute, Ramón Unzueta ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Pascual Abastas was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. If Nacho Scocco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Pascual Abastas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nacho Scocco in the 29th minute of the match. Sergio Nazario took the ball and in the 31 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Kamil Grabara. Kamil Grabara dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. A collision led to Ovejería getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Severino Rico hit a great ball. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

Pascual Abastas came out of the goal in the 57th minute to try and stop a shot by EL REY DE COPAS's Ramón Unzueta. But to his dismay, Ramón Unzueta quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. When the match clock showed 60 minutes, the score became 4-1 when Nacho Scocco sped through Ovejería's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Pascual Abastas. 65 minutes into the match, EL REY DE COPAS's goal looked a bit too open when Justino Tello came free, but Kamil Grabara reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Nacho Scocco during the 65th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 65th match minute, EL REY DE COPAS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nacho Scocco to maneuver through the defense. If Justino Tello had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ramon Gaxan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kamil Grabara having to interfere. After some careless play in the Ovejería defense, Ramón Unzueta kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Pascual Abastas. The Ovejería fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Pascual Abastas should have stopped the shot. Ovejería's Pascual Abastas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ramón Unzueta in the 83rd minute of play. After 85 minutes, Ramón Unzueta mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the EL REY DE COPAS and the Ovejería players grew even worse after the yellow card. Felipe Viator charged in rather forcefully in the 86th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Felipe Viator the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 89th minute, Salvador Dolfos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 93 minutes into the game, Israel Berdaitz was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. EL REY DE COPAS's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ovejería the free kick. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 93rd minute of the game. One of EL REY DE COPAS:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Ovejería:s goal. After 94 minutes EL REY DE COPAS's goalkeeper Kamil Grabara managed, with a little bit of luck, save Godfredo Perez's penalty, on his right side after a tricky shot. Kamil Grabara didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Godfredo Perez went, in the 94th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-2 was the resulting score. EL REY DE COPAS's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
