Saturnino Flor might have been able to make a better finish in the 9th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Gervasio Gombal. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Saturnino Flor ran back to his position shaking his head. The supporters of Chiyuyoc booed when Felicia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Victorino Silbestre didn't get a good kick on the ball. 12 minutes into the match, Felicia's goal looked a bit too open when Osvaldo Musko came free, but Gervasio Gombal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match had gone on for 14 minutes, Osvaldo Musko put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Gervasio Gombal. 22 minutes into the match, Chiyuyoc's goal looked a bit too open when Victorino Silbestre came free, but Marin Daria reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Urbano Cresenciano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marin Daria having to interfere. Iker Santiago sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some careless play in the Chiyuyoc defense, Urbano Cresenciano kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Marin Daria. The Chiyuyoc fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Marin Daria should have stopped the shot. If Osvaldo Musko had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience was convinced that Saturnino Flor's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gervasio Gombal was relentless in the 37th minute of the game. Iker Santiago kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. After 41 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Chiyuyoc! The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Saturnino Flor made a kick off. Gervasio Gombal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Saturnino Flor, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Felicia's Gervasio Gombal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Iker Santiago in the 60th minute of play. Chiyuyoc's Osvaldo Musko got a good chance for a goal in the 61st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 63rd minute, Saturnino Flor reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Gervasio Gombal. The goal made the score 2-2. After a defensive mix-up in Felicia's zone, Saturnino Flor stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gervasio Gombal came out of the goal and Saturnino Flor tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 68 minutes into the game, Gerardo Pacifico was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Felicia's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Chiyuyoc the free kick. After a rather tough play, Felicia's Gerardo Pacifico got a free kick in the 68th minute. If Urbano Cresenciano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 78th minute, Felicia's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Osvaldo Musko fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Gervasio Gombal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Saturnino Flor in the 81st minute of the match. 83 minutes into the game, Chiyuyoc's Saturnino Flor nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Gervasio Gombal made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-3. Osvaldo Musko received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Gervasio Gombal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. It was beautiful to see Felicia's Geronimo Medero in action when he in the 90th minute dribbled his way through a couple of opponents and the fired away a shot from almost standing still. First the ball seemed to get in, but turned out to be on the outside of the net. A great chance! Chiyuyoc's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
