Paolo Nisio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ovidio Ursino having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Manuel Rudolfo during the 16th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Manuel Rudolfo kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. If Aquilino Modestio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Aquilino Modestio in the 19th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Marcial Quintan saved Fonavi Fc from getting behind. GalonesFC's Ovidio Ursino proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 28th minute of the match, managed to save GalonesFC from getting a goal against them. After a rather tough play, GalonesFC's Felipe Bartuelo got a free kick in the 29th minute. Paolo Nisio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 37th minute Casimiro Elazar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ovidio Ursino saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 38 minutes into the game, Fonavi Fc's Paolo Nisio nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ovidio Ursino made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. With his leg Ovidio Ursino managed to avoid a goal in the 46thth minute, when Fonavi Fc's Paolo Nisio fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Fonavi Fc's Robustiano Elorri was substituted for Paolo Nisio. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gustavo Rik made a kick off. Ovidio Ursino took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Robustiano Elorri, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Fonavi Fc reached it. 65 minutes into the match, GalonesFC's Anibal Osorio broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. After a rather tough play, Fonavi Fc's Maximino Hats got a free kick in the 67th minute. In the 70th minute Gustavo Rik shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcial Quintan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 75th match minute, Fonavi Fc was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Robustiano Elorri to maneuver through the defense. After 77 minutes, Ariel Mosen mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the GalonesFC and the Fonavi Fc players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to GalonesFC getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Ariel Mosen hit a great ball. After 79 minutes of play, Fonavi Fc's Casimiro Elazar made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ovidio Ursino was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 83rd minute Gustavo Rik shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcial Quintan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Robustiano Elorri sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Casimiro Elazar scored 4-1 in the 99th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ovidio Ursino, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Fonavi Fc's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
