After some careless play in the San Peron defense, Tadeo Illart kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Fabio Pitin. The San Peron fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Fabio Pitin should have stopped the shot. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Hermengildo Chuan to make the kick off. In the 57thth minute of the game Isidoro Berbiz who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but TEMPERLEY A's Aldo Orlandus was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Leon Viñaspre had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 60 minutes, Isidoro Berbiz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. San Peron's supporters crossed their fingers, but Isidoro Berbiz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 86th match minute, San Peron was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Manuel Dominix to maneuver through the defense. Leon Viñaspre fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aldo Orlandus having to interfere. In the 93rd minute Leon Viñaspre shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aldo Orlandus saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Aldo Orlandus showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Isidoro Berbiz in the 95th minute of the match. When the referee ended the match the San Peron players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
