The supporters of ARRIS booed when Maxim´s FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Silvestre Olayo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mateo Hitzeder kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. In the 21st minute, Fernan Pepillo made a precise shot to the right of Victorio Osoro. Maxim´s FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. 25 minutes into the game, ARRIS's Luciano Lizar nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Victorio Osoro made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. Victorio Osoro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wasyl Wierzchowski, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. After a rather tough play, Maxim´s FC's Silvestre Olayo got a free kick in the 30th minute. Luciano Lizar took the ball and in the 32 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Victorio Osoro. Victorio Osoro dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. Victorio Osoro came out of the goal in the 36th minute to try and stop a shot by ARRIS's Luciano Lizar. But to his dismay, Luciano Lizar quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-5. Mateo Hitzeder made in the 41st minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Maxim´s FC's Benito Gonsalve. Maxim´s FC's Victorio Osoro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fernan Pepillo in the 46th minute of play. Disappointed in the 0-5 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Victorio Osoro made an important save on a dangerous shot by Melquiades Abancens in the 52nd minute. 55 minutes into the match, Maxim´s FC's goal looked a bit too open when Luciano Lizar came free, but Victorio Osoro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 55th minute, Norberto Gergori hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 58th minute, ARRIS's Wasyl Wierzchowski dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-6. Victorio Osoro was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Fernan Pepillo showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-7 in the 61 minute of play. In the 66th minute Luciano Lizar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Victorio Osoro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The shot was a little too simple and Victorio Osoro could save by the left post. 79 minutes into the game, ARRIS's Luciano Lizar nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Victorio Osoro made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-8. In the 82nd minute, Melquiades Abancens left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The ARRIS fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-9. Victorio Osoro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fernan Pepillo in the 85th minute of play. 88 minutes into the match, Maxim´s FC's goalkeeper Victorio Osoro had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Melquiades Abancens. The audience thought a goal was coming when Luciano Lizar got free with Victorio Osoro in the 89th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a little luck, Maxim´s FC's Victorio Osoro got control of the ball when Luciano Lizar tried to sneak it across the goal line. Maxim´s FC's Benito Gonsalve managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Fermin Cordaryal in the 93 minute of the game. ARRIS's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
