Ambrosio Baudelio made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Enrique Abeitia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. Ayacucho FC's Ioan Atanasiu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Enrique Abeitia in the 53rd minute of play. Alberto Lucado who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 54thth minute tested the skills of Ioan Atanasiu when he managed to save the team from getting behind. With his leg Ioan Atanasiu managed to avoid a goal in the 56thth minute, when Bass FC's Enrique Abeitia fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Eloy Lluciano's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ambrosio Baudelio read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 57th minute of play. After 60 minutes of play, Ayacucho FC's Tadeu Madureira made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ambrosio Baudelio was left in no man's land by his defense there! Ambrosio Baudelio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tadeu Madureira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Eloy Lluciano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 71 minutes, Eloy Lluciano managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ayacucho FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eloy Lluciano was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Eloy Lluciano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ioan Atanasiu was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Enrique Abeitia showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-1 in the 93 minute of play. Ayacucho FC's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
