After 23 played minutes CA Fortín del Oeste got a freekick which was hit by Fermin Oriol. Denis Pasqual showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fermin Bertin, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. A collision led to CA Fortín del Oeste getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Fermin Oriol hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice moves Narciso Abajas could shoot a difficult shot in the 30th minute, which Denis Pasqual however easily saved by the left post. After 40 played minutes CA Fortín del Oeste got a freekick which was hit by Donato Totakoxe. In the 42nd minute Saturnino Gartzea managed to get in a great position but fired away a sharp shot that went outside the goal on the goalie's right hand side. It could just as well have been a goal. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Placido Madaleno showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eugenio Asteri in the 51st minute of the match. 59 minutes into the match, Fermin Bertin notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of CA Fortín del Oeste's Denis Pasqual. Denis Pasqual was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Fermin Bertin took the ball and in the 68 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Denis Pasqual. In the 74th minute the ball was on its way in behind CA Fortín del Oeste's goalkeeper Denis Pasqual, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar.
