Los Grossi's supporters rose to their feet, but Amador Iban was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Placido Madaleno breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The audience thought a goal was coming when Narciso Abajas got free with Aldo Dalmau in the 21st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Bernabe Xabat received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Placido Madaleno tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 27 minutes into the match, Los Grossi's Amador Iban sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Placido Madaleno narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The Panqueua AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vinicio Aurre in the 77th minute of play forced Los Grossi's goalkeeper Aldo Dalmau to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
