The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Humberto Tartalo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Everardo Hunfredo in the 6th minute of the match. After 16 minutes, Delmar Orlo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the COMERCIAL and the Pigmentos players grew even worse after the yellow card. A very good chance. In the 46th minute Everardo Hunfredo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Humberto Tartalo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. COMERCIAL's Humberto Tartalo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 47th minute of the match, managed to save COMERCIAL from getting a goal against them. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gaspar Beltran during the 47th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 83rd minute, one of Pigmentos:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Pigmentos. The crowd rose to their feet as Adolfo Eladio kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Guido Romildo. That made the score 1-3 in the 88 minute of play.
