Spectators: 7060 (Terracing: 5327, Seating: 1633, VIP seats: 100) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Ubaldo Benino got the match started through his kick off. Fernando Eli sent away a hard shot on goal in the 2nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With an all-out effort, Caspichango's Igor Fiz threw himself towards the right post 7 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Fernando Eli, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Leopoldo Liberto hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. A collision led to Iosef getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Lucas Gonzales hit a great ball. In the 16th minute Fernando Eli shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Igor Fiz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Igor Fiz was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Fernando Eli showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 20 minute of play. When Cesar Quintyn came up free with the goalie in the 23rd minute, the Iosef fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cesar Quintyn couldn't finish the play. Luciano Matxin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ubaldo Benino in the 24th minute of the match. Iosef's Cesar Quintyn got a good chance for a goal in the 29th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Lucas Gonzales's late challenge caught a Caspichango's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Lucas Gonzales helped the player get up and apologised. Iosef's Igor Fiz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Antonio Bernat in the 36th minute of play. In the 37th minute, Iosef's Gabriel Cai seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Gabriel Cai the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Iosef protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Gabriel Cai had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. A collision led to Iosef getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Gabriel Cai hit a great ball. If Cesar Quintyn had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Fernando Eli made a kick off. After some careless play in the Iosef defense, Fernando Eli kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Igor Fiz. The Iosef fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Igor Fiz should have stopped the shot. Caspichango's Fernando Eli got a good chance for a goal in the 56th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Luciano Matxin was a little too slow when Cesar Quintyn got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 63rd minute. The score was now 2-2. Cesar Quintyn received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Luciano Matxin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Igor Fiz came out of the goal in the 95th minute to try and stop a shot by Caspichango's Igor Poz. But to his dismay, Igor Poz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-2. There was no doubt that Caspichango were the better team. Caspichango's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
