Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Florencio Cerilo kicked off to start the match. Igor Fiz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Florencio Cerilo in the 3rd minute of play. 3 minutes into the game, Lucas Gonzales was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Iosef's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Vanguardia the free kick. Lucas Gonzales kicked well hit freekick during the 3rd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leonides Jokin in the 5th minute of play forced Iosef's goalkeeper Igor Fiz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Igor Fiz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leonides Jokin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Igor Fiz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Florencio Cerilo's shot from short distance in the 11th minute. If Ubaldo Benino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Vanguardia's Mariano Tono got a free kick in the 20th minute. Urbano Iraido's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Igor Fiz read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 23rd minute of play. Igor Fiz was a little too slow when Leonides Jokin got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 25th minute. The score was now 1-0. The crowd rose to their feet as Vanguardia's Arnaldo Lucado slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Igor Fiz. That made the score 2-0 after 28 minutes of play. The audience was convinced that Florencio Cerilo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Igor Fiz was relentless in the 31st minute of the game. Igor Fiz made a fantastic save in the 33rd minute, when Florencio Cerilo sent off a good shot on target. 35 minutes into the game, Florencio Cerilo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Igor Fiz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Leonides Jokin struck a weak shot in the 40th minute. Igor Fiz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Vanguardia. With a little luck, Iosef's Igor Fiz got control of the ball when Florencio Cerilo tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Vanguardia's zone, Cesar Quintyn stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Angelino Ellande came out of the goal and Cesar Quintyn tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ubaldo Benino stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Urbano Iraido received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 51st minute. Igor Fiz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 58th minute Leonides Jokin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Igor Fiz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 59th match minute, Iosef was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cesar Quintyn to maneuver through the defense. Igor Fiz didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Florencio Cerilo went, in the 60th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. Igor Fiz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Florencio Cerilo, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. Vanguardia's Angelino Ellande played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ubaldo Benino in the 72nd minute of play. In the 73rd minute, Arnaldo Lucado hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 78 minutes into the match, Iosef's goal looked a bit too open when Arnaldo Lucado came free, but Igor Fiz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ruben Gaueko charged in rather forcefully in the 91st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ruben Gaueko the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Ruben Gaueko hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. Igor Fiz didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Urbano Iraido went, in the 93rd minute, to the upper right corner, 7-0 was the resulting score. Vanguardia walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
