Evaristo Jobo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lázaro Sidoro in the 27th minute of the match. In the 30th minute, one of Qe Lindo Dia Che:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Qe Lindo Dia Che. After some careless play in the EnMufados defense, Hugo Neron kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Santiago Natal. The EnMufados fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Santiago Natal should have stopped the shot. Lázaro Sidoro took the ball and in the 43 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Evaristo Jobo. Evaristo Jobo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. Felipe Olo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Santiago Natal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Qe Lindo Dia Che's Evaristo Jobo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 80th minute of the match, managed to save Qe Lindo Dia Che from getting a goal against them. The supporters of Qe Lindo Dia Che booed when EnMufados was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bernardo Selatse didn't get a good kick on the ball. Qe Lindo Dia Che walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
