Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) In the 5thth minute of the game Honorio Markel who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Darregueira's Eusebio Llorian was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Virgilio Lartaun received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Eusebio Llorian tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Cholila AFC getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Nicanor Jago hit a great ball. When Nicanor Jago fell near the penalty area in the 14th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Cholila AFC's protests and gave Nicanor Jago a yellow card for diving instead. Nicanor Jago hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. The supporters of Cholila AFC booed when Darregueira was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Valentin Naldo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Honorio Markel, 18 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Honorio Markel kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Eusebio Llorian. That made the score 1-0 in the 21 minute of play. Eulalio Bihar scored 1-1 in the 24th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Marcial Petri, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Eulalio Bihar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Marcial Petri tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ezequiel Christobal took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 33rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Eusebio Llorian. Darregueira's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Darregueira's zone, Honorio Markel stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eusebio Llorian came out of the goal and Honorio Markel tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ceferino Orkatz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Virgilio Lartaun blasted a shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Eusebio Llorian having to make a save. In the 44th match minute, Darregueira was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Javier Irrintzi to maneuver through the defense. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Honorio Markel to strike the kick off in the second half. When Alvaro Gonza came up free with the goalie in the 52nd minute, the Darregueira fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alvaro Gonza couldn't finish the play. Virgilio Lartaun took the ball and in the 54 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Eusebio Llorian. Eusebio Llorian dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. The referee felt a red card was in order, 58 minutes into the game, when Marco Ferdinand put in a rough tackle. After having played for 59 minutes, Honorio Markel managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cholila AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Honorio Markel was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Honorio Markel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 71st minute, Virgilio Lartaun left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Cholila AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. Virgilio Lartaun fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eusebio Llorian having to interfere. Honorio Markel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Eusebio Llorian tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ceferino Orkatz made in the 93rd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Darregueira's Alvaro Gonza. In the 95th match minute, Cholila AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ezequiel Christobal to maneuver through the defense. For all the effort they put into the match, the Darregueira players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Cholila AFC.
