Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Evelio Ixona started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. After a rather tough play, Legion Team's Aaron Castulo got a free kick in the 7th minute. After 8 minutes of play, Calchines AFC's Emilio Henric made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Hermengildo Matthew was left in no man's land by his defense there! Rafael Nuñez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Evelio Ixona, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Evelio Ixona in the 14th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rafael Nuñez prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 18th match minute, Legion Team was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aldo Izotz to maneuver through the defense. In the 23rd minute Evelio Ixona shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rafael Nuñez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rafael Nuñez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Evelio Ixona, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 26 minutes into the match, Calchines AFC's goalkeeper Rafael Nuñez had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Domingo Cebo. When Domingo Cebo, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 26 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Rafael Nuñez was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Rafael Nuñez came out of the goal in the 29th minute to try and stop a shot by Legion Team's Domingo Cebo. But to his dismay, Domingo Cebo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Hermengildo Matthew stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Emilio Henric's shot from short distance in the 33rd minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Legion Team's Evelio Ixona slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Rafael Nuñez. That made the score 2-1 after 37 minutes of play. The audience was convinced that Emilio Henric's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Hermengildo Matthew was relentless in the 41st minute of the game. Primitivo Quintun kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

If Filomeno Lluciano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 56th minute, Antonio Norino hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 60 played minutes Calchines AFC got a freekick which was hit by Abelardo Guillerme. If Primitivo Quintun had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Calchines AFC's Primitivo Quintun got a good chance for a goal in the 69th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Legion Team's Aldo Izotz got a free kick in the 70th minute. Abelardo Guillerme fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hermengildo Matthew having to interfere. Jaime Iyan kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Evelio Ixona in the 74th minute of play forced Calchines AFC's goalkeeper Rafael Nuñez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Emilio Henric in the 76th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Hermengildo Matthew prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The supporters of Calchines AFC booed when Legion Team was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Domingo Cebo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Emilio Henric in the 79thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Hermengildo Matthew, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Evelio Ixona in the 89th minute of play forced Calchines AFC's goalkeeper Rafael Nuñez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rafael Nuñez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Evelio Ixona in the 91st minute of play. Despite being the better team, Calchines AFC failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
