In the 19thth minute of the game John-Edvin Bratvold who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Legion Team's Hermengildo Matthew was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Legion Team's zone, John-Edvin Bratvold stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hermengildo Matthew came out of the goal and John-Edvin Bratvold tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Leszek Szkarpiak showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Evelio Ixona in the 23rd minute of the match. Hermengildo Matthew stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of John-Edvin Bratvold's shot from short distance in the 25th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 29th minute, Domingo Cebo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Legion Team's supporters rose to their feet, but Domingo Cebo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Leszek Szkarpiak breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Leszek Szkarpiak was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Evelio Ixona showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 31 minute of play. Vikingos's supporters rose to their feet, but John-Edvin Bratvold was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Hermengildo Matthew breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After having played for 55 minutes, Santos Walme managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Vikingos's supporters crossed their fingers, but Santos Walme was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Vikingos's Santos Walme got a good chance for a goal in the 58th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Santos Walme in the 62nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Hermengildo Matthew prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 63rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Legion Team's goalkeeper Hermengildo Matthew, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Hermengildo Matthew stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Santos Walme's shot from short distance in the 68th minute. Hermengildo Matthew made a fantastic save in the 85th minute, when Santos Walme sent off a good shot on target. A collision led to Vikingos getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Elias Benvide hit a great ball. If John-Edvin Bratvold had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Maximo Quintan charged in rather forcefully in the 93rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Maximo Quintan the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Vikingos booed when Legion Team was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Maximo Quintan didn't get a good kick on the ball. Vikingos's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because Legion Team had won, even though Vikingos had held more of the ball.
