Spectators: 5050 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 50) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Konstanty Paprotny started the match with the kick off. Godfredo Quintana made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cesar Jacindo in the 4th minute of play. UnIoN's Godfredo Quintana played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Konstanty Paprotny in the 5th minute of play. Carlos Ferran's late challenge caught a Garuapé's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Carlos Ferran helped the player get up and apologised. In the 10th minute, Gaston Berriotxoa made a precise shot to the right of Feliciano Etor. Garuapé's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. In the 15th match minute, UnIoN was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nemesio Tome to maneuver through the defense. Konstanty Paprotny in the 16thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Godfredo Quintana, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 17th minute, one of UnIoN:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for UnIoN. The referee gave Garuapé a penalty, 18 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Cesar Jacindo, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of UnIoN's Godfredo Quintana. 1-1. After a rather tough play, Garuapé's Konstanty Paprotny got a free kick in the 21st minute. After 33 minutes of play, Garuapé's Cesar Jacindo made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Godfredo Quintana was left in no man's land by his defense there! Godfredo Quintana made an important save on a dangerous shot by Delmiro Gelmiro in the 36th minute. Nemesio Tome kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. After having played for 37 minutes, Delmiro Gelmiro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Garuapé's supporters crossed their fingers, but Delmiro Gelmiro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Delmiro Gelmiro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, UnIoN's Godfredo Quintana got control of the ball when Donato Miro tried to sneak it across the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Garuapé's Ulises Abalos slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Godfredo Quintana. That made the score 3-1 after 45 minutes of play. Cesar Jacindo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Godfredo Quintana tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Gaston Berriotxoa to strike the kick off in the second half. After 53 minutes, Marcos Rodriguez mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the UnIoN and the Garuapé players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 53rd minute, Marcos Rodriguez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 58 minutes of play, Garuapé's Cesar Jacindo made it 4-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Godfredo Quintana was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 61st minute, Delmiro Gelmiro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in UnIoN's zone, Delmiro Gelmiro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Godfredo Quintana came out of the goal and Delmiro Gelmiro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. UnIoN's Godfredo Quintana played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Delmiro Gelmiro in the 67th minute of play. Cesar Jacindo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Godfredo Quintana stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Konstanty Paprotny's shot from short distance in the 70th minute. Godfredo Quintana took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Delmiro Gelmiro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 76th minute, Ulises Abalos made a precise shot to the right of Godfredo Quintana. UnIoN's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-1. After having played for 80 minutes, Delmiro Gelmiro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Garuapé's supporters crossed their fingers, but Delmiro Gelmiro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Delmiro Gelmiro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Samuel Telesforo hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. Carlos Ferran hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. Cesar Jacindo struck a weak shot in the 94th minute. Godfredo Quintana didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Garuapé. Delmiro Gelmiro blasted a shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Godfredo Quintana having to make a save. Garuapé's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
