In the 28th minute, Albino Gutierrez got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Andres Fernado might have been able to make a better finish in the 30th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Maximo Chico. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Andres Fernado ran back to his position shaking his head. Albino Gutierrez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Maximo Chico tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With his leg Maximo Chico managed to avoid a goal in the 36thth minute, when Dragones FC's Albino Gutierrez fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After 39 played minutes Andres Fernado rounded Pumahuasi's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 2-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 43rd minute, Tomás Fero managed to get in a good position for a shot. Dragones FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Tomás Fero was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Maximo Chico breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Andres Fernado sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Albino Gutierrez came free with the goalkeeper in the 48th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Maximo Chico could save by the left post. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

After 53 played minutes Pumahuasi got a freekick which was hit by Raul Tercero. An unexpectedly hard shot by Andres Fernado in the 54th minute of play forced Pumahuasi's goalkeeper Maximo Chico to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Andres Fernado's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Maximo Chico was relentless in the 56th minute of the game. In the 63rd minute, Elpidio Senen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Pumahuasi's Raul Tercero got a free kick in the 69th minute. Maximo Chico was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Pumahuasi's Maximo Chico played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Andres Fernado in the 80th minute of play. In the 84th minute, Lucas Lartaun ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Maximo Chico was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Andres Fernado in the 89th minute of play forced Pumahuasi's goalkeeper Maximo Chico to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Andres Fernado fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Maximo Chico having to interfere. Andres Fernado sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Maximo Chico showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Emilio Tadzio, who was totally free with the ball in the 100th minute. There was no doubt that Dragones FC were the better team. Dragones FC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
