After a rather tough play, Club Almirante Brown's Ariel Larpe got a free kick in the 4th minute. In the 13th minute, Club Almirante Brown's Isidro Joseph dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. Jorge Totakoxe received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Rodrigo Gustau tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Club Almirante Brown getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Ariel Larpe hit a great ball. Eustacio Urtzi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 23 minutes, Isidro Joseph managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Club Almirante Brown's supporters crossed their fingers, but Isidro Joseph was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 25th minute, Jorge Totakoxe managed to get in a good position for a shot. CLUB ATLETICO BANFIELD's supporters rose to their feet, but Jorge Totakoxe was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rodrigo Gustau breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ricardo Gabrio kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. In the 34th minute, Ariel Larpe fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Luis Mariano, passed just outside the right post. The audience thought a goal was coming when Isidro Joseph got free with Luis Mariano in the 36th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Fermin Stephen to strike the kick off in the second half. Club Almirante Brown's Eustacio Urtzi got a good chance for a goal in the 59th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 63rd minute, Fermin Stephen left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Club Almirante Brown fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. Isidro Joseph sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 70 minutes into the match, Fermin Stephen had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Luis Mariano. CLUB ATLETICO BANFIELD's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Fermin Stephen was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-0. After 73 played minutes CLUB ATLETICO BANFIELD got a freekick which was hit by Delmiro Maureo. In the 79th match minute, Club Almirante Brown was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ariel Larpe to maneuver through the defense. Ricardo Gabrio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Rodrigo Gustau tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Luis Mariano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eustacio Urtzi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Isidro Joseph came up free with the goalie in the 85th minute, the Club Almirante Brown fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Isidro Joseph couldn't finish the play. Isidro Joseph sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 88th minute, Ariel Larpe got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Fermin Stephen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luis Mariano having to interfere. In the 95th minute Isidro Joseph shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luis Mariano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fermin Stephen scored 6-0 in the 97th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Luis Mariano, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When the referee ended the match the Club Almirante Brown players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
