Serafin Cordero showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Angelino Rito in the 25th minute of the match. Serafin Cordero came out of the goal in the 27th minute to try and stop a shot by Claromeco's Erasmo Corderro. But to his dismay, Erasmo Corderro quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. 34 minutes into the game, Claromeco's Erasmo Corderro nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Serafin Cordero made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. 36 minutes into the game, Claromeco's Edgardo Cugat nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-5 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Jonathan Cuartio made the kick off in the second half. In the 57th minute Angel Sancho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Serafin Cordero saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 59th minute of the match, Angelino Rito got a very nice opportunity to score, but Serafin Cordero was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Erasmo Corderro in the 61stth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Serafin Cordero, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Angel Sancho hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. Virgilio Sidro took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 70th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Serafin Cordero. Nepes AFC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Paul Timmermann hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. 75 minutes into the match, Angelino Rito notched a goal, 1-6, to the right of Nepes AFC's Serafin Cordero. Serafin Cordero was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Claromeco's Julio Haitz was substituted for Edgardo Cugat. After a defensive mix-up in Nepes AFC's zone, Angel Sancho stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Serafin Cordero came out of the goal and Angel Sancho tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Julio Haitz struck a weak shot in the 82nd minute. Serafin Cordero didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Claromeco. Serafin Cordero was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Erasmo Corderro showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-7 in the 84 minute of play. Nepes AFC made a substitution. Vicente Federigo replaced Jonathan Cuartio. Damazy Jajesniak charged in rather forcefully in the 91st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Damazy Jajesniak the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The audience was convinced that Julio Haitz's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Serafin Cordero was relentless in the 96th minute of the game. In the 98th minute, Angelino Rito got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the final whistle sounded Claromeco left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Nepes AFC.
