Esteban Gonsalve fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Albano Florinio having to interfere. Candelaria AFC's Albano Florinio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carlos Salvidor in the 10th minute of play. Albano Florinio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ubaldo Rodriguez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Carlos Salvidor in the 20th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Albano Florinio prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Jeremias Txanton hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. Cesar Quentin blasted a shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Albano Florinio having to make a save. If Maximo Mateus had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Albano Florinio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Carlos Salvidor, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The long shot by Jeronimo Maxin in the 36th minute really tested Benito Montez's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ubaldo Rodriguez in the 37th minute of play forced Candelaria AFC's goalkeeper Albano Florinio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 46 minutes into the match, ALEJACLAUSER's goalkeeper Benito Montez had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jeronimo Maxin. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jeronimo Maxin to make the kick off. In the 51st minute, David Sol left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Candelaria AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. When the match had gone on for 56 minutes, Maximo Mateus took a quick shot and it went in 1-1 without a chance for Albano Florinio to make any attempt to save it. In the 60th match minute, ALEJACLAUSER was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Carlos Salvidor to maneuver through the defense. If David Sol had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 67th minute, Ciriaco Iruinea hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Candelaria AFC's Martin Lixandro got a free kick in the 71st minute. After 82 played minutes, Candelaria AFC's Ciriaco Iruinea shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Benito Montez came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Candelaria AFC reached it. After 83 minutes, Cesar Quentin mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the ALEJACLAUSER and the Candelaria AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 83 played minutes ALEJACLAUSER got a freekick which was hit by Cesar Quentin. An unexpectedly hard shot by Carlos Salvidor in the 85th minute of play forced Candelaria AFC's goalkeeper Albano Florinio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Arnaldo Abajas got free with Albano Florinio in the 88th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Esteban Gonsalve received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Albano Florinio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. David Sol sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Albano Florinio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Maximo Mateus in the 94th minute of play. Candelaria AFC succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though ALEJACLAUSER had controlled the match.
