In the 21st minute, Bonifacio Patxi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Bruno Bide was slow to take the kick. During this time Los Patriotas's players had a chance to rest. After having played for 57 minutes, Octavio Claris managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Los Patriotas's supporters crossed their fingers, but Octavio Claris was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jacobo Guillelmus recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Severo Micael sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Los Patriotas's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
