In the 7th match minute, Hay Equipo AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Benedicto Gombal to maneuver through the defense. If Michel Björk had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 15th minute, Serafin Eate managed to get in a good position for a shot. Hay Equipo AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Serafin Eate was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Terence Field breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Serafin Eate in the 18th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Terence Field saved Bella Vista from getting behind. Michel Björk received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Alvaro Modestio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Corderro Brion recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 27th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Corderro Brion fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Terence Field having to interfere. 34 minutes into the match, Hay Equipo AFC's goalkeeper Alvaro Modestio had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Michel Björk. In the 35th minute Serafin Eate shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Terence Field saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Michel Björk fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alvaro Modestio having to interfere. Serafin Eate struck a weak shot in the 43rd minute. Terence Field didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hay Equipo AFC.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Serafin Eate was the one to do the kick off. Hay Equipo AFC were awarded a corner in the 53th minute after Bella Vista's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Serafin Eate took the corner. In the 61st minute Cleto Aguilera shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alvaro Modestio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 63rd minute, Serafin Eate got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of Hay Equipo AFC booed when Bella Vista was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cleto Aguilera didn't get a good kick on the ball. Paulo Benet kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. The supporters of Bella Vista booed when Hay Equipo AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leopoldo Gartzea didn't get a good kick on the ball. Serafin Eate could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 84th minute of the match, but Terence Field made a huge save. The Bella Vista fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Hay Equipo AFC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
