The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gabriel Romero made a fantastic save in the 39th minute, when Desiderio Koldo sent off a good shot on target. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Marcelino Ricart to strike the kick off in the second half. After some careless play in the Arroyito defense, Desiderio Koldo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gabriel Romero. The Arroyito fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gabriel Romero should have stopped the shot. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Cleto Bernal during the 56th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Ricardo Cruz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Marcelino Ricart in the 62nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gabriel Romero prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The supporters of Juventu unida booed when Arroyito was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rene Mano didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcelino Ricart in the 67th minute of play forced Arroyito's goalkeeper Gabriel Romero to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Juventu unida fully deserved thier win.
