Spectators: 7057 (Terracing: 5325, Seating: 1632, VIP seats: 100) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Cipriano Dominguez made the kick off which started today's match. Silvano Araoz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 4th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Silvano Araoz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Nereo Ostargi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 6 minutes, Santo Gerazan mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the La Usina Pa and the Verón AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Remigio Umbruso took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 7th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Ezequiel Savier. La Usina Pa's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. When Cipriano Dominguez came up free with the goalie in the 9th minute, the Verón AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cipriano Dominguez couldn't finish the play. Cipriano Dominguez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Ezequiel Savier tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ezequiel Savier made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aquilino Clemencin in the 17th minute of play. Rodolfo Lekubegi's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 26thth minute, Nereo Ostargi skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. If Silvano Araoz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rodolfo Lekubegi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 28th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Verón AFC's zone, Silvano Araoz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nereo Ostargi came out of the goal and Silvano Araoz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Nereo Ostargi was a little too slow when Rodolfo Lekubegi got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 30th minute. The score was now 1-0. The supporters of La Usina Pa booed when Verón AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cipriano Dominguez didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rodolfo Lekubegi had several of the Verón AFC's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 38 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 3-0 score and a disappointed Nereo Ostargi as he didn't even see the shot coming. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Rodolfo Lekubegi to make the kick off. In the 51st minute, Aquilino Clemencin reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Ezequiel Savier. The goal made the score 3-1. Aldo Celio's late challenge caught a Verón AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Aldo Celio helped the player get up and apologised. Aldo Celio hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. Nereo Ostargi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rodolfo Lekubegi in the 56th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Rodolfo Lekubegi's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Nereo Ostargi was relentless in the 72nd minute of the game. Aldo Celio kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. After 83 played minutes La Usina Pa got a freekick which was hit by Emanuel Firmin. Silvano Araoz might have been able to make a better finish in the 91st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Nereo Ostargi. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Silvano Araoz ran back to his position shaking his head. Ezequiel Savier was a little too slow when Cipriano Dominguez got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 94th minute. The score was now 3-2. La Usina Pa were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Verón AFC for a fine match.
