Eliseo Laurentzi came out of the goal and Casimiro Cucao tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After having played for 17 minutes, Filiberto Theobald managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Monteriso S.A.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Filiberto Theobald was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ignacio Ruisko kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. Amadeo Mark, 22 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Casimiro Cucao scored 0-1 in the 24th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Eliseo Laurentzi, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 28 played minutes Racing Club De Benavidez got a freekick which was hit by Edgardo Goyo. Casimiro Cucao sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Eliseo Laurentzi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Horaţiu Uduleanu in the 37th minute of play. Horaţiu Uduleanu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Eliseo Laurentzi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 40 minutes, Amadeo Mark managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. After 54 minutes Monteriso S.A.'s defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Edgardo Goyo who took care of the corner kick. In the 60thth minute of the game Eliseo Perutxo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Monteriso S.A.'s Raul Manilan was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Elpidio Idacio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 71st minute, Elpidio Idacio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 72nd minute, Filiberto Theobald got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Filiberto Theobald had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 78th minute Leonel Juvenal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Raul Manilan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Filiberto Theobald fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eliseo Laurentzi having to interfere. Casimiro Cucao struck a weak shot in the 91st minute. Eliseo Laurentzi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Monteriso S.A.. When Filiberto Theobald came up free with the goalie in the 96th minute, the Monteriso S.A. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Filiberto Theobald couldn't finish the play.
