Cavanagh's Isidro Rosario got a good chance for a goal in the 32nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Isidro Rosario came up free with the goalie in the 38th minute, the Cavanagh fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Isidro Rosario couldn't finish the play. Manuel Martxot received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Adan Rocendo came out and tried to block the shot, but Manuel Martxot slotted it home off the left post making it 4-0 in the 40th minute. Los Invisibles's Adan Rocendo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Manuel Martxot in the 44th minute of play. Romulo Ramond charged in rather forcefully in the 45th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Romulo Ramond the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. But to his dismay, Victor Xabat quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-1. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Manuel Martxot was the one to do the kick off. Los Invisibles's Adan Rocendo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Manuel Martxot in the 54th minute of play. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Cavanagh fully deserved thier win.
