In the 7th minute of the match Alonzo Mikelar sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Domingos Araoz skillfully saved the ball. A collision led to Cavanagh getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Elias Nazario hit a great ball. After 15 minutes, Benito Sergi made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Cavanagh's Domingos Araoz tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Domingos Araoz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Benito Sergi's shot from short distance in the 19th minute. 19 minutes into the game, Prospero Sugoi was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Cavanagh's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave C.A. QUEMERO the free kick. A collision led to Cavanagh getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Cavanagh's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Through an outstanding action, after 34 minutes, Jeronimo Fernandes successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. The wind increased when Benito Sergi made the kick off in the second half. Jeronimo Fernandes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Manuel Martxot, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. Benito Sergi did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-3 to the left of a surprised Domingos Araoz 56 minutes into the match. The C.A. QUEMERO fans' excitement grew in the 62nd match minute when C.A. QUEMERO's Benito Sergi looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-4 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Domingos Araoz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Benito Sergi, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. 68 minutes into the match, Cavanagh's goalkeeper Domingos Araoz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Camilo Claus. Israel Quintun succeeded in the game's 70th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-5. When the match clock showed 73 minutes, the score became 1-6 when Benito Sergi sped through Cavanagh's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Domingos Araoz. Benito Sergi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Domingos Araoz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Benito Sergis short, quick shot in the 78thth minute got Domingos Araoz to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 80th minute Manuel Martxot shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jeronimo Fernandes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jeronimo Fernandes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Isidro Rosario in the 84th minute of the match. After 85 minutes, Herminio Tiadoro mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the C.A. QUEMERO and the Cavanagh players grew even worse after the yellow card. When Prospero Sugoi came up free with the goalie in the 88th minute, the Cavanagh fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Prospero Sugoi couldn't finish the play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Benito Sergi in the 93rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Domingos Araoz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Benito Sergi in the 95th minute of play forced Cavanagh's goalkeeper Domingos Araoz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
