Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Cayetano Bermudo made the kick off and thus started the match. Aldo Torres came out of the goal in the 3rd minute to try and stop a shot by Yacuy's Clodoveo Cristos. But to his dismay, Clodoveo Cristos quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Robustiano Maju in the 6th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Aldo Torres saved ATLETICO CUYAYA from getting behind. Aldo Torres showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Clodoveo Cristos, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. After 13 minutes, Clodoveo Cristos made it 0-2 with a short kick to the right side. ATLETICO CUYAYA's Aldo Torres tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Aldo Torres took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Clodoveo Cristos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Aldo Torres came out of the goal in the 22nd minute to try and stop a shot by Yacuy's Clodoveo Cristos. But to his dismay, Clodoveo Cristos quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Aldo Torres stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Clodoveo Cristos's shot from short distance in the 32nd minute. In the 45th minute Clodoveo Cristos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aldo Torres saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Robustiano Maju struck a weak shot in the 48th minute. Aldo Torres didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Yacuy.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Clodoveo Cristos to strike the kick off in the second half. Yacuy's Norberto Barrionuevo got a good chance for a goal in the 57th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Robustiano Maju fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aldo Torres having to interfere. Robustiano Maju kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. In the 67th minute of the match, Robustiano Maju tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Aldo Torres saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 69th minute, Tomas Rioja made a precise shot to the right of Teofilo Pitin. Yacuy's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-3. If Robustiano Maju had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Yacuy made a substitution. Segundo Lixandro replaced Silvio Admon. Robustiano Maju struck a weak shot in the 78th minute. Aldo Torres didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Yacuy. Robustiano Maju blasted a shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Aldo Torres having to make a save. Aldo Torres made an important save on a dangerous shot by Clodoveo Cristos in the 85th minute. Robustiano Maju recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 86th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience held their breath when Tomas Rioja in the 91st minute of the game managed to trick the opponents defenses and fired away a shot outside the goal on the Teofilo Pitin's left hand side. Aldo Torres stood somewhat misplaced when Clodoveo Cristos came free in front of goal and shot 1-4 to the left of him in the 93 minute. When Tomas Rioja fell near the penalty area in the 97th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored ATLETICO CUYAYA's protests and gave Tomas Rioja a yellow card for diving instead. After 97 played minutes ATLETICO CUYAYA got a freekick which was hit by Tomas Rioja. Yacuy's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
