The referee ignored Anfama's protests and gave Alejandro Ledesma a yellow card for diving instead. In the 4th match minute, Anfama was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alejandro Ledesma to maneuver through the defense. Amado Crescencio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Anfama's Alejandro Ledesma got his second yellow card of the match in the 8th minute. The referee ordered Alejandro Ledesma off the ground. The Punua fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Matias Toro should have stopped the shot. A collision led to Anfama getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Mauro Roldanillo hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Albano Constancio got free with Matias Toro in the 30th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 41st minute, Mauro Roldanillo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Desiderio Primeiro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Isaias Kemen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Timoteo Valiente in the 46th minute of play forced Anfama's goalkeeper Isaias Kemen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The wind increased when Desiderio Primeiro made the kick off in the second half. Albano Constancio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Albano Constancio in the 75th minute of play forced Punua's goalkeeper Matias Toro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Timoteo Valiente's late challenge caught a Anfama's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Timoteo Valiente helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Punua's Timoteo Valiente got a free kick in the 85th minute. Desiderio Primeiro charged in rather forcefully in the 86th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Desiderio Primeiro the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Punua getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Desiderio Primeiro hit a great ball. 90 minutes into the match, Punua's goal looked a bit too open when Albano Constancio came free, but Matias Toro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Anfama's zone, Desiderio Primeiro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Isaias Kemen came out of the goal and Desiderio Primeiro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Anfama were victorious despite being under pressure from Punua for much of the match.
