Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Retamal's Feliberto Bidun started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 6th match minute, Retamal was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Feliberto Bidun to maneuver through the defense. An unexpected shot in the 8th minute by Cornelio Abel got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Eduardo Bikendi got free with Abel Marcones in the 16th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Damian Iztal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Denis Erramu's late challenge caught a Retamal's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Denis Erramu helped the player get up and apologised. Denis Erramu hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. After 25 played minutes Retamal got a freekick which was hit by Urbano Sugoi. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Feliberto Bidun in the 31st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Egil Elg prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Amador Phelipe kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. In the 41st minute, Cornelio Abel got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With an all-out effort, Gardey AFC's Abel Marcones threw himself towards the right post 43 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Cornelio Abel, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 46th minute, Eduardo Bikendi made a precise shot to the right of Abel Marcones. Retamal's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1.

The wind increased when Cornelio Abel made the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Gardey AFC's goalkeeper Egil Elg, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When Gardey AFC's Damian Iztal in the 61st minute got a chance for a shot 61st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Retamal's goalie prevented a goal. In the 62nd minute, Cornelio Abel made a precise shot to the right of Abel Marcones. Retamal's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. If Cornelio Abel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 71st minute Eduardo Bikendi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Abel Marcones saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Denis Erramu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Egil Elg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Feliberto Bidun in the 76th minute of play. After 77 played minutes Gardey AFC got a freekick which was hit by Damian Iztal. Eduardo Bikendi scored 3-1 in the 80th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Abel Marcones, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Retamal's Abel Marcones played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eduardo Bikendi in the 84th minute of play. In the 85th minute, Honorato Ruy hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Eduardo Bikendi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The corner led Gardey AFC's Amador Phelipe to a score. 4-1 in the 90th minute. 93 minutes into the match, Gardey AFC's Eduardo Bikendi sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Abel Marcones narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When the referee ended the match the Gardey AFC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
