The referee felt a red card was in order, 10 minutes into the game, when Feliberto Arnas put in a rough tackle. 10 minutes into the game, one of Pirovano:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Damazy Gorzkiewicz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eusebio Brewer in the 14th minute of play. 16 minutes into the match, Victoriano Miro had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Damazy Gorzkiewicz. Pirovano's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Victoriano Miro was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Victoriano Miro in the 24th minute of play forced Pirovano's goalkeeper Damazy Gorzkiewicz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Damazy Gorzkiewicz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Victoriano Miro in the 26th minute of play. Damazy Gorzkiewicz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Victoriano Miro in the 28th minute of the match. Damazy Gorzkiewicz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Victoriano Miro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eusebio Brewer in the 32nd minute of play forced Pirovano's goalkeeper Damazy Gorzkiewicz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 33 minutes into the match, Pirovano's goal looked a bit too open when Victoriano Miro came free, but Damazy Gorzkiewicz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Deportivo Gambeta fans' excitement grew in the 39th match minute when Deportivo Gambeta's Eusebio Brewer looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. After the first half Deportivo Gambeta were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Victoriano Miro to strike the kick off in the second half. After 54 played minutes Deportivo Gambeta got a freekick which was hit by Pascual Behe. In the 56th minute Cristian Dominic shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Damazy Gorzkiewicz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Damazy Gorzkiewicz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mariano Furman, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. In the 67th minute, Maximo Asur hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Victoriano Miro came up free with the goalie in the 67th minute, the Deportivo Gambeta fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Victoriano Miro couldn't finish the play. The Deportivo Gambeta fans' excitement grew in the 70th match minute when Deportivo Gambeta's Eusebio Brewer looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. With an all-out effort, Deportivo Gambeta's Damazy Gorzkiewicz threw himself towards the right post 76 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Mariano Furman, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 77th minute, Deportivo Gambeta's Eusebio Brewer dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-7. After having played for 81 minutes, Mariano Furman managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Deportivo Gambeta's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mariano Furman was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a little luck, Pirovano's Damazy Gorzkiewicz got control of the ball when Eusebio Brewer tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 86th minute, Aaron Gonzales hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Deportivo Gambeta's Jacobo Abascal shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 87th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Damazy Gorzkiewicz but with some difficulty. Anibal Joey kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. Damazy Gorzkiewicz made a fantastic save in the 95th minute, when Mariano Furman sent off a good shot on target. The Pirovano fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Deportivo Gambeta were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
