Spectators: 5600 (Terracing: 4100, Seating: 1500, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Cornelio Faro made the kick off which started today's match. Mercedes F.C's Aaron Stephen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Delmiro Orland in the 3rd minute of play. Alfonso Maiorga was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Cornelio Faro showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 6 minute of play. Mercedes F.C's Efrain Veto got a good chance for a goal in the 16th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Tuco F.C.'s zone, Baldomiro Gilen stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alfonso Maiorga came out of the goal and Baldomiro Gilen tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 21st minute Anselmo Lucian shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aaron Stephen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 22 minutes into the match, Mercedes F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Joaquin Vergaray came free, but Aaron Stephen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alfonso Maiorga made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Efrain Veto in the 23rd minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Mercedes F.C's Cornelio Faro slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Alfonso Maiorga. That made the score 2-0 after 25 minutes of play. Aaron Stephen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Delmiro Orland, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. In the 32nd minute, Lucio Olentzaro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Juan Orkatz was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 33rd played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Efrain Veto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Alfonso Maiorga tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 36th minute, Cornelio Faro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A collision led to Tuco F.C. getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Gaston Kemen hit a great ball. Victoriano Pietro kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. If Astor Marko had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cornelio Faro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 48th minute. Alfonso Maiorga tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Anselmo Lucian made a kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 61st minute, Astor Marko managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mercedes F.C's supporters rose to their feet, but Astor Marko was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alfonso Maiorga breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Tuco F.C.'s Alfonso Maiorga played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cornelio Faro in the 62nd minute of play. In the 64thth minute of the game Cornelio Faro who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Tuco F.C.'s Alfonso Maiorga was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Teo Sandaili sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 74th minute Teo Sandaili shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alfonso Maiorga saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Aaron Stephen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Victoriano Pietro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Astor Marko scored 3-0 in the 81st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Alfonso Maiorga, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 84 minutes into the game, Arnulfo Cordaryal was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Mercedes F.C's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Tuco F.C. the free kick. 90 minutes into the match, Tuco F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Astor Marko came free, but Alfonso Maiorga reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Efrain Veto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cornelio Faro in the 93rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Alfonso Maiorga prevented the ball from getting in the gole. There was no doubt that Mercedes F.C were the better team. Mercedes F.C's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
