Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Cristo Rodas took the kick off in the first half of the match. Gualterio Demesio stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Blas Rius's shot from short distance in the 6th minute. In the 8th minute, Cristo Rodas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 10th minute, Severiano Cebrian hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Palmar's Gualterio Demesio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alfredo Caitano in the 15th minute of play. Blas Rius struck a weak shot in the 19th minute. Gualterio Demesio didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Santos Lugares FC. 21 minutes into the match, Palmar's goal looked a bit too open when Blas Rius came free, but Gualterio Demesio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cristo Rodas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 25thth minute of the game Blas Rius who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Palmar's Gualterio Demesio was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The audience was convinced that Cristo Rodas's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gualterio Demesio was relentless in the 27th minute of the game. Cristo Rodas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 28th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ubaldo Benat was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 34 minutes into the match. In a very dangerous position, a player in Palmar fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 33rd minute. Penalty! The referee gave Santos Lugares FC a penalty, 36 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Esteban Qwinton, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Palmar's Gualterio Demesio. 0-1. Blas Rius struck a weak shot in the 38th minute. Gualterio Demesio didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. Teobaldo Urre didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 40th minute, which inside left pole to 1-1. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Severiano Cebrian made a kick off. Teobaldo Urre showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ramiro Nardo, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. In the 56thth minute of the game Cristo Rodas who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Palmar's Gualterio Demesio was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 59 minutes into the game, Blas Rius cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Gualterio Demesio was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Cristo Rodas struck a weak shot in the 62nd minute. Gualterio Demesio didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Santos Lugares FC. In the 64th minute, Santos Lugares FC's Blas Rius dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-3. Gualterio Demesio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristo Rodas, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. The supporters of Palmar booed when Santos Lugares FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eleuterio Enetz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gualterio Demesio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristo Rodas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Santos Lugares FC's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
